Somehow ordered wrong phone

Hi, 

 

Damn if I haven't just realised I've G I tv the wrong phone somehow..?!,?

I wanted the galaxy note 20 ultra and somehow I ended up with the Note 20 😕🙁 I don't know how it happened but can I get it swapped over??

The silver bag is for the device and the contents of the box. 

 

You do not need to return the SIM.

Hi @WebbyG 

 

If you are within 14 days of ordering, then you can cancel your contract which will revert you back to your old tariff. You can then upgrade again.

 

You would need to speak to EE on 150 about this process.
