Smart Tv - No Authorisation from EE 4GEE Home Router

2 new smart TVs  JVC & Bush - trying to connect to EE 4GEE Home Router for first time.

Both reply - no authorisation.

 

Tried all the usual - on/off, plenty of data, other devices including a smart tv & laptop connecting fine, password correct etc

 

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Hi @rolit77 

 

  • Make sure your TV firmware is up to date.
  • Try restarting your router
  • Ensure you are entering the correct credentials
  • Try connecting to the 2.4 rather than 5 wifi channel.
