Hi,

When will there be a Smart Hub app, as I want to easily control access time of devices?

@Muhunthan   You can create a weblink on your device for this as that’s all an app would do.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

There already is an EE Home app that can used with the EE Smart Hub. However it only manages the Access Control of the EE Smart Router, not the EE Smart Hub.

 

To manage the Access Control of the EE Smart Hub, just login to it & go to Advanced Settings / Access Control.
