Hi Guys
I have an iPhone full works smart plan with the Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and Apple Music benefits.
With the launch of Apple One today I’m trying to get answers to if I can take this out via Apple to get News+, extra iCloud storage and Fitness+ and off Apple will discount the top tier price taking into account the free subscriptions I have with EE as part of my plan and discount the Apple One price.
Apple don’t seem to have a clue and won’t go up the line for me to find out.
hoping someone in EE could find this out for me and how their plan will interact with Apples offering.

@firecaste i very much doubt it’ll work as you already have subscriptions to services via EE these would need to be cancelled when you sign up to Apple one as they are part of that offer. That subscription service is totally separate to what you’re already getting from EE.

Doubt it will be compatible, but you'd still be saving a few pounds if you're an individual and take out the services individually:
Apple Music (EE = Free)
Apple Arcade (EE = Free)
Apple TV+ (EE = Free)
iCloud 2Tb (£6.99)
Apple News+ (£9.99)
Apple Fitness (£9.99)
=
£26.96/month
Apple One = £29.95/month
But if you're looking to share that with up to 4 other people, the EE Full Works isn't such a great idea, and you may find it better to speak to customer service to consider swapping out the smart benefits if it's even possible.

I am in the same position, spend a fortune on Apple hardware and EE subs. Hopefully we’ll see a response from an EE representative.
