Smart Benefit - Apple TV+

Hi,

 

I have recently upgraded and have the 3 swappable smart benefits as part of my contract. When I first set it up I used the Apple TV benefit, however last month I swapped that to the Apple Arcade. I swapped back to the Apple TV a couple of days ago but now when I click on the link from 150 to reactivate the Apple TV, it says that I cannot redeem as I've already redeemed this before.

 

Would somebody be able to help please?

You should be able to reset it back up again through that link. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can look into why this isn't working for you.
