Hi
I was busy watching Prime on my device when a pop up message appeared on screen out of nowhere. The message informed me that I have no sim card inserted and can no longer connect to mobile networks, send or receive texts or make or receive calls. I am on a contract and I'm upto date on payments. The sim card hasn't been removed at any time and I do not understand why out of nowhere I'm suddenly disconnected from the network!?! Does anyone know what's happening there, experienced anything like this before?

Try taking the SIM out re insert it making sure it's fully home and in place where it needs to be then ReBoot phone.
