Sim only plan

An agent offered me a better sim only deal for the same price I was paying. I did not know this started a new 24 month contract. Where do I stand as I want to start a family plan to save money.

When did you take it out?

 

You have 14 days to change your mind.

 

Why didn't you realise? Contracts are what they are a contract for a minimum term.

 

You can't buy 30 day SIM only at the moment as these can o my be purchased in stores.

 

So this would always be either 12 18 or 24 month contracts.
