Hi,
I ordered my sim card on 23 Mar 2021 and still haven't received it.
The last email I've received was on 23rd of March saying "We are processing your order and will let you know when your items will be dispatched."
I've already received my first bill in mail, but I'm not sure what I'm being charged when I don't even have a sim card.

It depends on how reliable your local postal deliveries are at the moment. Sims were send second class so it takes a few days normally. If you haven't received anything by Tuesday then give EE a call on 150 or via live chat.

I don't have a phone to call from without that EE sim card, and when I try to reach EE via live chat it asks me for a phone number. When I input my phonenumber I get this error message: "Sorry, you can only associate a number for an EE Consumer or Small Business plan. If you're having trouble, call 150 from your EE phone. More ways to get in touch >"
So it seems like without my SIM card the only way to reach someone is through the community forum.

Try calling the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

My sim card still hasn't arrived and I've tried calling +44 800 079 8586.
An automated voice asks for my phonenumber, but rejects it after I've entered it and then hangs up the call.

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
