Sim card help

I started the process of activating my Sim card at 9am

I've been in work all day, and find I still can't use my phone.

I start work again at 6 am and will be unable to make contact tomorrow

When can I expect my new sim card to work.

Is it a brand new SIM or did you upgrade?

 

Is it pay as you go or pay monthly?
