Sim 1 not working

I just bought a new note 20 ultra and the slot for sim 1 is not working at all, don't know how to proceed.

Is that the physical SIM slot? Is it an EE SIM in there? Where did you buy the phone from?

Hello, yes, is the physical SIM slot the one not working, is indeed an EE SIM card even I ordered a replacement because I believed that maybe the SIM was faulty but still nothing.  I bought the phone on the EE website.

What happens when you try to use it, @lore_san?

 

Do you get any error messages or anything? Do you have an eSIM set up?

When the phone starts it shows "no service" and then "emergency calls only".. so I can't use the red unless I activate the wifi calls, if the "wifi calls" are activated then it shows me EE on the top of the screen. But I insert my SIM card in another phone just to check and is working on there, butq on the new galaxy note 20 ultra is not working. 

And noup, I don't have an e-sim set up.
