I have a new S20 I have ported over my old phone and it appears I have an overlay on my main screen of all my old screen apps including the top. I can't get through to EE as a new customer am already disapointed. Any advice?

As a first line check, have you tried restarting your phone?
When you say you "ported over" your old phone, how did you do this?
