Sent phone in for trade in

Sent an old phone back for trade in had email to say not received so I sent email showing copy of receipt and Royal Mail screen but still no answer help tried ringing but nothing

@Tracy173   I wouldn’t worry about it you’ve sent them proof of postage. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yep sent proof but just worried in case they don’t pay out and after receiving email that said device not received sounds suspect to me
