Hi I recently switched from a 4G plan on my iPhone 11 to a 5G plan on the 12 pro, and my Santander banking app won’t work, I just have the message “you’ve lost connection to the internet, please check your settings or try again later” happen. Never had this problem before switching sim plans and the app hasn’t worked since I’ve switched so wondering how it can be resolved? Tia!

Can you use mobile data for any other functions? For example, can you browse web pages in a browser or send/receive email?
Do any other apps that use the internet, work on mobile data?
