I have upgraded to a new samsung watch but I haven't received the reference number

@amy_louise15   When was this and have you looked in your spam folder ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
2 days a go and I received a email but it didn't have the reference number on it
