hey im trying to transfer my number but ee wont let me: i tried calling 150 which leads to a message telling me i cant contact or the contact doesnt exist, i tried doing it through the website and it doesnt work, and i texted for the pac code through the given number and im told to call 150.
please can anyone help me out here.

@btbartek You’ve been asked to call 150. No one here can get your pac code for you. You need to do as requested.

would be happy to call them, but as i said every time i did i get an automated message telling me that the number isnt available or doesnt exist.

You can call 0800 956 6000 and no number should be needed 🙂
