What kind watch you want?
Bluetooth only or LTE version?
EE sell the Galaxy Watch3 for around £28 per month.
You can buy a Bluetooth only one at Samsung direct and pay monthly.

I've been looking at the 46mm one on ee's site but it's 4g so didn't know if that would work with the s21 5g

Yes it will work.
The watch can only achieve 4G as no watch currently can get 5G anyway.
