Good morning all
I ordered the Samsung S21 in store on the 8/9/21 and today 26/9/21 I haven't received any news or phone.
Contract was made in store, although no confirmation email was sent. I was provided a pre-order number and a 7days until dispatch. It's nearly 20 days...
Worst case scenario, can I cancel my contract and go for something else? Store staff told me I have to wait until phone is delivered before cancelling. Is that true? If so that's unfair, being locked in a contract for weeks, without slaving a phone..
Been in store twice, the just say "wait for a text" and nothing more.
Hope you guys can help me

@Profile closed You don’t have the device so you’re free to cancel the contract any point you like if you had the device then no you can’t.
