Samsung s21 headphones & tracker

I ordered my phone over a month ago and I received it a couple of weeks ago.

 

With my order I was meant to receive some headphones and a tracker but these still haven't arrived, I haven't even had a tracking reference. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

 

I tried to phone and the lady fobbed me off with an excuse saying I'll receive a tracking order but I haven't.

You need to claim these via the Samsung members app on your phone or search the forums as there are many threads on this topic.
