Resolved! How to access live chat?

When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

Abroad in the US, can't call or text 150

I'm abroad in the States and I have a contract with EE that includes roaming. I am able to use data but I can't send or receive texts or calls, including to 150. I have tried turning the phone on and off, as well as switching the network selection.

Smart Hub Plus vs Smart Hub Pro

I'm currently using EE's 1Gv service, and so have a Smart Hub Plus.I note that EE is now providing the Smart Hub Pro with Full Fibre services. Anyone upgraded? Is it significantly better? Worth the upgrade if £10 per month for the rest of my contract...

tv voice remote

I have the EE pro TV box. I have a remote which is advertised as having voice control but all I get is an input box for text. The LG TV is voice capable using the LG remote. The remote does everything except taking voice input. Any thoughts?
