Samsung Galaxy active watch

I upgraded over a week ago and submitted my claim for the free Samsung Galaxy active watch and have not received a confirmation email as yet, checked my spam box

You will need to contact Samsung as per the page you submitted your evidence. The promotion is by Samsung not EE.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

I have found this information for you on the Samsung Website.

 

If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team at watch@samsungpromotions.claims, 0343 208 4777(UK, CI and IOM Participants) or 01 695 0667 (ROI Participants)

 

If you contact Samsung by email or phone, they will be able to help you with the Watch 🙂
