Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 4g Plan

Infernalbadger

Hi,

I have added a Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 to my account and I cannot work out how to get it to access 4G separately from my phone (Samsung Galaxy S21+).

If I try and add a mobile plan in the wearables app it prompts me to add a new plan to my account which I don't want to do as I already have that as part of buying the watch (the £20 per month plan).

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Richard

Hi @Infernalbadger.

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like the watch plan on your account isn't being recognised by the watch itself.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account is set up correctly.

Thanks @Jon_K , I did just that and now it is sorted.

For anybody else who comes across this, the solution was to reset the watch and ensure that the plan is added while first added the watch in the wearables app.

That's great, thanks for letting us know, @Infernalbadger.
