I signed up for a new EE contract 7 days ago, but have yet to receive the SIM. I appreciate the troubled times we are living through right now, but have no way of contacting EE to let them know.
I know that my account has been set up, because I've just received my first bill - so I'm paying for the privilege of not having a service.
Does anyone know how I make contact we them given the telephone helpline is for venerable customers only?

@R2010H Sims are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class but if you need to call customer services you can call them on +44-800-956-6000
