Hi,
Anybody have any idea how long the S21 is taking to dispatch? Upgraded on Friday 12th, no confirmation of order email or text (called EE and they said it's normally just a "verbal confirmation" doesn't seem useful when apparently I need proof of order to claim the controller and gaming bundle?) Anyway, had 2 texts and 2 emails about returning my old phone otherwise I will be charged, but no sign of the new phone?

I spoke to somebody on chat, they confirmed the 128g in grey is out of stock but they managed to sort me a nearly new one on the same deal and smart benefits and being delivered tomorrow!
