Why can i hardly ever log into my accounts online or in my app? Its so frustrating! I have my account which is a contract and 2 accounts for my husband and son which payg. Iv been trying for over 30 minutes to try and top up my husbands phone but it just keeps saying sorry theres a problem we are trying to fix it. I get this almost every time i try to log in. For a big company you should have way better access to our accounts!

@Aimeelangham Call customer services and request that they reset your online account. I have no issues with the App or using a web browser to access my account.
