After 22 years with Vodafone I felt the need to change.

Had a great conversation, explained my needs and secured a SIM only contract for my Samsung Note 10 plus 5g.

Explained I wanted to share the data and number with my Samsung Galaxy Watch.

No problem they said, also included a data sim for £5.

Fast forward  data sim is useless as the watch has an esim. Updated the watch eventually with the Samsung wearable app to EE and it creates another contract.

Explained to the Business specialist via  email. They cancel the data sim and the watch contract and increase my monthly cost by £4 as way of an insult!

What did I do so bad in a previous life!

Still within my 14 day cooling off period.

  • Do I give EE another chance or revert back to Vodafone where it all worked at least.

Regards

Bob

@rjclark71   I would call customer service ask why the cost went up when you terminated the £5 sim only,  that’s just wrong and I wouldn’t stand for that.

The watch has its own contract that you setup via the wear app.  It’s £7 per month and you’ll get 10Gb of data per month just for the watch,  the watch will use your phone contract call/text allowance.

Please come back here once you have spoken with customer services to give us an update on this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Well the promise of being able to contact fell foul.

Our Office is now closed at 17.30, and then disconnects.

Is that because I'm a business account?

Wait till Monday then.

Tried the online chat  that was as much use as a chocolate teapot.
