Hi I placed a order and closed the browsers and unsure if the order went through ? If you have taken payment does this mean order is complete ?

@Cfc282  You should also receive an email about the order.  You might need to check your spam folder.  

I did not even get a email I’m concerned now I entered them incorrectly

If you haven't received an email and you're unsure whether your order has gone through, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They will be able to access your account and give you an update.
