Hi,
Bought a new device. The box looked scuffy. I haven't opened it yet.
Looking up the IMEI on the Google store, it says "pristine" which I understand is a refurbished phone.
Why does EE sell refurbished phones as new?

Hi @CosmosS,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Was the phone you purchased labelled as 'Good as new'?
