I am at the end of my contract and bought a new phone outright and switched to a SIM only contract at the end of last month. Plan is correct on my EE. I have been charged old rate today as of nothing has happened. Does it take a month to process a change ?/

If upgraded after your bill was produced, the change will be reflected on your next bill.

I thought I had switched to Sim only using the “Upgrade “ and that shows on my Plan with the new price quoted. That was on 28 June. However EE took a payment the same as always from my account today , 5 July, for the full amount of device + Sim, and I was advised that it won’t change until the end of this month. It seems that I am paying for the month just gone
