Hi. I have just come over to EE from Vodafone and had chosen to keep my old number.

Do i put my Vodafine sim into my new phone?

You'll need to use your new EE SIM. Did you provide a PAC code when you joined?

Hi James, thanks for getting back to me. Yes I did provide the puc code. 

I have managed to do it now. 

I thought the sim card I was given wasn't the right one as it was inside a pack labelled 'pay monthly' and had a different mobile number printed on it. I thought it was a spare sim card.

Hi @Brummie62,

 

You'll have a temporary number until your number transfer completes. This shouldn't take longer than one working day.
