Hi there, having the same issue as poster, mobile data works for everything else but the Santander banking app since switching to the 5G plan. Any fix on this?

If you drop your connection down to 4G, can you use the app?
What phone are you using?

Switched to 4G only, still says the same thing. 5G is only in certain areas in my town so it’s mostly 4G. Phone is a iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Do you have any trouble with other apps using 4G or 5G on your phone?

Works fine on WiFi, everything else works on 4G/5G. It’s been happening since I upgraded my sim.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Tech Gurus about this.
They will be able to investigate further and hopefully find a way of getting this to work.
