Thanks for your response. This was far more helpful than previous posts. I also wanted itemised bills for an investigation I am doing for work. Do you know why it is not possible to have them retrospectively? The information about the calls is already there.
Itemized billing is not retrospective and will only be effective on your account from when it's applied.
You can get records of previous calls from your phone's call log, or also by using the Subject Access Request process which will give you the previous 6months worth of data.
