Re: Pre ordered iPhone 12 pro max but no info

Hi,

 I pre ordered an Iphone 12 Pro Max in Pacific Blue 128GB on 10th Nov and placed a large pre payment and delivery payment but I have never received a confirmation email or any information at all after placing my order? I have seen the lest few days this phone is available to order and in stock so if it is available for new customers surely the pre orders should have been dispatched by now? Should I have received a confirmation email of my order after placing it with a ref number?

Have you checked your junk/spam folders for an email?

 

If not then you will need to call EE on 150.

Hi!

 

Yes but it asks for a 10 digit reference number but as I have never had a confirmation email I don’t have a reference number, I literally called up, pre ordered my phone, made my payments by credit card and have had no correspondence or information since. No texts or emails or anything.
