I placed an order for a mobile broadband router PAYG on Friday. I have a confirmation email and I just got off a call to your customer services department where I was transferred to four different departments and then told to phone back and ask for someone else. Please can someone let me know what is going on - and don’t ask me to phone again.

@FlappityFlipper Unfortunately this is a public forum that has no access to your account so you know what I’m going to say you need to call customer services to find out what’s happening about your order as nobody here knows anything about your order.
