I have the same problem in fact the SIM card that came doesn’t work either. I got my phone last Wednesday. Supposed to be trading in my old one, but no way until my new phone works. I’ve tried every link there is. I’ve hung on the phone on different days for about 20 mins each time and can’t get through.

Hi @parkspickle,

Did you upgrade? If you did, you can continue to use your old SIM.

If your old SIM is the wrong size, please activate your SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/activate-sim.

Hope this helps.

Hi thanks for note but I’m trying to change my provider as well. I traded my phone in but I can’t send it back until my new phone works and I’ve had it 5 days now and it’s still not working. I r rang we and they said it would work Monday it’s not so frustrating.

Hi @parkspickle.

What network are you trading in your phone with?

Have you got a PAC?
