Hi Chris.
I'm really struggling to get this functionality to work despite following all the guidance online from Apple and EE, and speaking to the EE technical support team on a number of occasions now. The extent of the functionality I can presently exploit is using other compatible ios devices to make and receive calls but ONLY when they are connected to the same Wifi Network as my phone, which is nearby and connected to the same WiFi Network at the same time. This is not Smart Numbers and is functionality I could get when previously with Three.
The latest thing EE have tried is resetting my WiFi Calling setting their end but, alas, to no avail.
I appreciate that there are many prerequisites for this functionality to work with EE (the only UK carrier to offer it), but I can absolutely tick all the relevant boxes.
Please may I enquire the combination of WiFi Calling settings you employed on your primary device (iPhone) and paired devices (ipod, ipad and/or iWatch) to get this functionality to work on the paired devices?
I've intentionally moved to EE to use this useful technology, but beginning to think it;s a lost cause... 😞
Thanks in advance for any help or tips you can offer.
Best - Dean

Hello @Knighd ,
Welcome to the community,
Not sure what you mean by smart number. Do you mean you have a smart plan and cannot get the Apple Phone to work, or is it the Watch, when you are out and about and do not have the phone with you? It should work without any problems.
I have an IPad with cellular, watch with cellular and IPhone and they all work. Wifi calling only works when the signal is bad and then it will kick in, not sure why EE needed to reset the settings for Wifi calling. If you are not using the cellular for IPad or Watch when out and about and do not have your phone with you, then they will not work. Have you made sure that they connect with bluetooth? Sorry if I have misunderstood you.

@Knighd , Just checked the help page, and that is exactly what I have done and it should work for you, by going to Settings and then click on Mobile Data and there you will see Calls on Other Devices, and make sure that it is set to on.. If you have done that, not sure why it is not working, so long as your devices are signed in to your ICloud account and they are nearby and on Wifi.
