Hello Guys , 

 

 

My card it seams to be de-activated , please can somebody from the EE staff check if it can be activated again ? My de- activated number   is xxxxxxxxxxx - Currently i am abroad and i haven't used the card for a while .

@yuri123 :  Sounds like it has gone into hibernation.

 

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

 

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

I tried topping up or making a chargable call , but i cannot do that.

 

Is there any other way to activate the sim?

That's about 7 months of non-use. You should be able to get it reactivated by calling CS.

Hello again. 

 

No i am not able to make any outbound calls or messages , i can clearly see that my last add on was on 20th of march by messages on 150.

 

I was wondering is there another way to activate the cartd ?
