I placed my order for Iphone 13 about a day ago and haven’t received any confirmation message or email ? Is it normal?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Huabbas440 I had the same and called EE to say I had no email or any confirmation and they said it was fine. I went onto the EE app and found that if you click on the ‘What’s new’ section there is an option to track your order and I found my order number and all details on there.
