Hi please can you assist - having the same issue. Ported number from Smarty to EE. Number on my iPhone 11 Pro on the settings -> phone -> my number is now changed to my number but I can only make calls not receive... all very frustrating.

Welcome to the EE Community,
If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 from any other phone a tech advisor will be able look into why your incoming calls ain't working.

Thanks for coming to the community.
When did your number transfer from the other network?
Have you tried resetting your network settings on your iPhone, to do this go into Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
This will remove any saved WiFi passwords.
