ues I can make calls, I have spoken to someone and they have said all the files haven’t come through with my number port so now I have to wait 😞

No 😞 do you have one? It’s my sons birthday today and nobody can call him, it’s been such a disaster moving to ee

Unfortunately to be able to provide a timescale a complete diagnostics will need to be completed by our customer service team. 

 

Please give them a callback and they will be able to provide a timescale for you.
