6 months free Apple music not working. We upgrade our phones, keeping the original.number, with the upgrade was 6 months free Apple music, yet it will not allow me to use this as it still has the previous contract info. Getting hold of EE to ask how to solve this is s nightmare

@1Sam1   Have you taken up this offer before with EE ?  If you have you can not have it again as it’s a one time only offer even if you have upgraded.
