Re: Can’t receive incoming calls after old number transferred

Hi, i have the same issue.  O2 disconnected my line today.  I can make outgoing calls on my number but can not receive them.  How long do I need to wait before this is an issue (as it is now already) and how do I know if all my data has been exported from O2 like it should have been?  I've had no comms from EE at all so far and have restarted the phone several times. Thank you.

The number transfer can take up until midnight to fully complete for you.

Hi, phone all working as it should now so that's great.  I cant get into my free BT swappable benefit though.  I'll try another forum for that i guess?
