I’ve received my ps4 but nothing in box for my ps plus , I’ve emailed but heard nothing back 

can anyone tell me how I can get hold of them please

Thanks for getting back to me 

I got the ps4 as a add on with my phone contract I didn’t get it as a free gift 

What’s best way to get in touch with them instead of email as I hear nothing back

I've checked the listing for the PS4 on add to plan and I can't see a mention of PS Plus, just a second controller.

 

Where did you see PS Plus mentioned?
