Proof of purchase

I am trying to get a proof of purchase for an iphone got from EE 18 months ago. I no longer have the phone on an EE contract but I still have another device with them. 

On webchat the EE rep says that the number linked to that phone is on a business account however I have only ever had a personal account.

How can I get this sorted?

You need to query this by phoning CS.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

You will need to phone CS on 150 to get a proof of purchase.
