Hi I rung EE at 1pm on 6th nov. my upgrade got accepted and I paid for DpD delivery but I still haven’t received a confirmation email or text. I received a tracking number from live chat but that doesn’t work, just a bit confused why not as they said it would arrive Friday.

You won't be able to track your order until it is with the courier.
You'll receive a text message from DPD with your tracking reference number once they collect your order.
