Where is the upgrade i made in store?

Hello,

 

Posting here as couldn't find how to reach EE.

 

I went into store on Tuesday (03/11) and agreed on a new upgrade. They did not have it in store and i was told they would order it in for next day delivery for the wednesday and they would contact me when it arrives to collect. No call. My husband went in anyway and was told because of the lockdown (05/11), they would be sending it to my home address instead. So far, not received anything. How long should i expect to be waiting? Have other people got their upgrade orders delivered to the home address?

 

It was for a Huawei p30 lite new edition.

Welcome to the community.

 

As far as I can see, both versions of the Huawei p30 Lite New Edition are in stock and expected to be dispatched within 1 day when ordered over the phone or internet through EE.

 

You should be contacted by DPD when the phone is ready to deliver.
