I’d like to give some positive feedback but can’t find where to do so.
As an NHS worker, ee gifted me unlimited data. My broadband (not ee) has stopped working and will not be fixed for a few days. I had to rely on mobile data for my work and for my daughter to virtually attend school. This was invaluable in ensuring we were able to continue to work. I work in mental health and my patients were very pleased that their contact with me (remotely) wasn’t interrupted. You never know, it may have even saved lives.
