Hi,
I’m new today to the community. Basically I would like to know how I give feedback on an EE representative? Unfortunately the way the automatic feedback process works it only counts towards the first call handler and I wish to talk about the last person I spoke to.
Yesterday I called EE to discuss an upgrade. During that call with my final call handler, Ryan Steele, I was given such an extraordinary amount of information, care and attention. I mean even beyond just my mobile.
Ryan have me options to explore with handsets and also threw some more information my way that has resulted i my making some massive positive changes today and savings my hundreds!
I found him so pleasant and we spoke about our lives at the moment with the COVID mess as well as all the information with handsets, broadband and TV packages.
I just cannot thank him enough and he was so polite and kind, not pushy in any way. I am such a happy customer today! That man needs a raise and I want to make sure the feedback gets back to him please.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.
