Upgrade order

When will I receive my order? I placed an upgrade order earlier today and haven’t received a confirmation email or text message and payment hasn’t been taken from my account

Was the device you ordered showing as in stock?

Once your order has been processed you will get a confirmation email.

You will also get a text message from DPD once they have your order, to let you know when to expect delivery of your upgrade.
