I don't know how to give positive feedback for your staff members so I hope you may see it if I post it on here. 

Today I spoke with Akin xxxxxx regarding my phone upgrade and he was so lovely and gave such good customer service. It was just so nice to speak to someone so helpful and amongst all this coronavirus. I really hope you all know how much of an asset his is to your company! Thank you so much for the great service!
