I had a 3 month half price off deal with my contract and when that was not adheared to i contacted someone through the EE twitter DM's. The lads was lovely, so quick to reply to me and get my porblem sorted very efficiently, her name is Sarah Jane, im hoping this will get to her. Thanks so much again 🙂
